Love him or hate him, ITV’s Jeremy Kyle continues to pull in the viewers on his daytime chat show and now Foxybingo.com are sponsoring the successful show.
With viewers running into the millions the Jeremy Kyle show is distinctive for it’s confrontational style which aims to help guests attempt to resolve issues relating to topics such as family, relationships, sex, drugs, alcohol and many others.
By teaming up with the UK’s most watched such chat show Foxybingo.com hopes to attract even more players to its site.
Patrick Southon, Managing Director at Cashcade which owns the Foxybingo site said of the deal “The Jeremy Kyle show appears to be a perfect fit with our audience. Our research shows that 78 per cent of our audience will see our sponsorship over a 6 month period. Such an opportunity is too good to pass up.”
The adverts are broadcast prior to and after the show as well as before and after commercial breaks.
In late 2004, Trisha Goddard left ITV to move her ‘Trisha’ talk show to the Sky TV owned channel five. The Jeremy Kyle Show’s first broadcast was on 4 July 2005 and since then the show has been the sole occupant of ITV's weekday 9:25am slot.
The guests typically include couples, families and friends who are concerned about a person or people close to them with a problem that they would like to be resolved.
Kyle discusses the problem with the guests and mediates with all the involved parties, trying to help them reach a solution.
